Rate Information

Rates: Jessel House is available for a minimum of two nights. The minimum nightly rates (includes four people) are listed below:

The Ashland 8% room tax will be added to your total.

Jessel House Rental Policies
Reservations held seven days pending receipt of a 50% deposit. Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be made for cancellations unless flat can be re-rented for reservation dates. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Early arrivals must be arranged in advance. Accommodations not available for pets. Smoking allowed on outside patios and decks only. There is no maid or meal service provided. Guests are expected to keep and leave the flats in a clean and orderly fashion.
